Pets Day

It was great fun at Pets Day and very warm too. I am holding my Bearded Dragon and everyone liked him. Can you see me looking at the bees?

Museum visit

Last Friday Room One went to the Nelson museum. We did some sketching. I drew an owl and they were all treasures. Next we did some rocks and we drew pictures on the rocks. We were all bare feet. Our feet were cool. At the end the grown ups got a plant each and then we went to the cars.  to go home. 
The maps were awesome. On the maps were labels At the foods there were pictures of foods from different countries. It was cool at the museum at that day.

Winter Safety

If you climb a tree you will fall from it and hurt yourself, and if you run on ice you will slip down.
If you put a fire on you should put it out.

Water Safety

At the Aquatic Centre we went in a boat. It was silver and we did a safe entry too. I put one foot at a time then the other foot. 
We sat on the side. We held our noses and then went under the water. Next we came back up with the help of our lifejackets because it had some light stuff that I did not know what it was.

Autumn is the cool season in the world. 
We are in Autumn.
The leaves float as they go down. 
The leaves change colours and the colours are orange, red, yellow and brown too. 
Some trees are naked.
Some are not but when the leaves fall they are dead.
The sky is very blue. 

Sports Day

I am concentrating very hard so that I can do Around the World on my tennis racket and the ball doesn't fall off.
I went on the flying fox on Wednesday and I was going very fast too. I went to Wakefield School and we played games there.
My favourite game was the Moon-Hoppers. When we got back to the cars we had lunch and after lunch we played on the playground. After that I felt excited to go back to school.
